Just a note of thanks to all those above, and others that we don’t have contact details for, particularly those at Auburn Conveyancing for your assistance in the purchase of ROI.

Our little suite was handed over to us last week so we went over to have a look. The result is better than we expected and news of a possible tenant already is a positive start.

The location and general facilities are great. At Lloyd’s suggestion we walked the shopping centre and then Gerry and I enjoyed lunch at the North Fitzroy Arms to celebrate.

I feel sure the Arms is about to get busier than ever before.

Just a few short years ago Gerry and I would not have contemplated involving ourselves in property. AFPS and all the support people and companies have made this opportunity available to us and for this we say thanks to you all.
