Please find two short articles below which are both timely and well worth a read. It succinctly articulates our beliefs and convictions with regards to property and property investment.

The second article has nothing to do with property investment but rather is a contrarian look at China and what the author refers to as the "China doubters", with so much of our Gross Domestic Product (GDP) being linked to the Power House that is the Chinese economy, this article is certainly an important read.

The key is, as always to look at the big picture and for the long term.
